What we are looking for
2+ years of experience in a leadership position in a software factory
Knowledge of: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, GitLab, Trello to set up and maintain sprints, monitor boards, create reports, and perform deliveries
Advanced level of written and spoken English
Leadership, planning and organization skills, efficient communication, good interpersonal relationships to manage work teams and communicate with clients, assess their requirements, and define priorities
